Hydraulic Pump Brake

Controls braking via hydraulic pump resistance. Used on vehicles where a hydraulic pump provides retarding force, such as hydrostatic-drive machines.

Hooks

updateGFX(dt)Primary loop. Calculates available brake pressure based on engine RPM and applies hill assist or front lock-out overrides. Manages automatic parking brake application if main pressure is lost.
beamBroken(id, energy)Monitors structural damage to trigger immediate hydraulic failure for the front or rear circuits.

Compression Brake (Jake Brake)

Controls engine compression braking (Jake Brake) systems on diesel trucks. Opens exhaust valves during the compression stroke to convert the engine into an air compressor, providing significant retarding force on downhill grades.

Post-Crash Brake

Automatically applies brakes after a collision is detected to prevent the vehicle from rolling into traffic. Monitors accelerometer data for crash signatures and engages brakes to bring the vehicle to a safe stop.
